Residential Conveyancing Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor or Executive to join our expanding property team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of property law.
As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring that all legal aspects are handled efficiently and accurately. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling property, providing them with peace of mind throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
- Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth communication.
- Provide expert advice on legal matters related to property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the property sector is essential.
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and technology.
