Role
Due to expansion of our property team we are looking to recruit a full or part time Conveyancing Fee Earner/Solicitor.
We’d love to hear from both qualified AND non-qualified conveyancers who hold a minimum of 5 years property experience.
Our primary aim is to provide a quality legal service to all new and long standing clients. Client care is highly important to us, this approach has maintained our long lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication skills and a tailored approach to meet individual client needs are specific values required for this position.
You will need to be confident in handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

This role does not offer hybrid working.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our very well established, highly reputable residential property team.
The successful candidate must be able to handle multi transactional work including remortgage, sale and purchase work under the supervision of our fee earners.
Client care and excellent communication skills are a key requirement for this role.
We are looking for a team player with at least 5 years of experience providing conveyancing support, every day duties include:
The hours are 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Part time will be considered.
